  This is a nice place to go if you want some advice and some different opinions on matters, but if your looking for a life, a Forum isn't a place for it. maybe your single? i don't know you. Do you have children? IF your lonely try another church community.

  If you want to go back to the WTS its up to you, it really depends why you left in the first place, if its because someone hurt yours feelings then you can forget that kind of thing, but if its because you found out that their theology is a pack of lies, I can't see how you can go back to that.

  it was the hypocracy and lack of love that made me look into the internet to see what was really in there, then it was the false prophecy that made me realise it wasn't the truth after all, and I remember the moment it hit me, I felt a quick sense of foolishness then angry and then the realiszain of the life that I wasted , all my best working years were wasted on a cult. I tell myself that I had good intentions, it makes me feel better and not too recentfull.

  speak for yourself Englishman. Women can talk but when it comes to communicating, thats a different matter.

  As far as map reading is concerned, my wife took a maths course with only women, part of there course was to go to a shopping center and use the MAP to find there way around the place. many failed, they also used a Road map as part of there course. Women need to do a course just to read a map mate!

  are you defined by what you have done in your past, or is it the present experiences that define you?.

  the dj and tracey lawrence (country singer) were trying to emphasize that we are defined by what we do now as opposed to our past.. are we as a group here an exception?

  We are ALL a product of our upbringing. Most problems, faults, behavior patterns can be linked to our upbringing. Serial killers have mind problems that are nearly allways linked to their upbringing. Nice people are nice mostly because they are bought up in a Nice home with a Good upbringing. If you want to work somneone out, study their childhold, their parents, their upbringing. etc etc

  Women are more bitcher to each other then men are. Men can argue and then just get on with their lives. have a look at women politicians they are just as incompetent and corrupt as male politicians, if not worst. Women tend to lie more and with a lesser conscience about it too.

  I don't mean to sound like i hate women, i'm very happerily married to a Good woman and 2 teenage girls, but my sister is a feminist and a JW ! All her life since about 14yo she's told me how science has "proved' that women are superior to men etc.. etc.. her favorite sond was "i am woman" gasp ! Yet women like her don't see the fruitage of their owns lives, she hads a broken marriage and is still single for the past 10 years and looking for a new man.

  I don't think God put Man as the head for nothing, he didn't just win a flip of a coin.

  Too many divisions in this world.

  If your thinking about buying a Dell computer....

  my company recently(less than a year ago) replaced all our computers with dell and it has been nothing but a nightmare!.

  within 3 months 2 of them had to have their motherboards replaced.thats just the tip of the iceberg.i can't even begin to tell you the numerous "little" problems we have had.you will spend hours on the phone with snotty sarcastic tech support agents ...if you can first figure out how to get to them.. check out this link if you don't believe me.. http://www.smorgasbord.net/blog/archive/000002.shtml.

  Downloading music/movies

  i've been looking around on the net for a good place to download music/movies from.

  there are loads about, and i haven't got a clue about which one to use.

  i've heard you can have a lot of problems with kazaa, and so don't wan't to join a site just to find out it causes loads of problems for me....... so which sites do you use and why would you recomend them?

  I download music all the time. Kazaa is good but it does download advertizing Software in the background, plus they have just being raided by the police and so may soon be off-line, just like napstar. But I use "Kazaa-Lite" or Emule.com or Winmx.com, do a google search for "peer to peer" programs thats what they call these types of programs which enables you to exchange files with others, and it should show lots of them. To convert to Music CD's all you do is use any good CD burning programs like Roxio or Nero, Roxio Ver 5 or higher is good, any Nero is Good. When burning a CD with these programs all you do is to select burning a "Music" CD, it will ask you which files you want burnt, and when you select the mp3 files it will automaticcaly convert them to Regular music files which will be playable on your standard CD player in the car or in the home. MP3 files are about 10 times smaller then regular music files, so keep it in mind, the program will tell you if you have choosen too many files. I do this all the time, so any problems pls ask.
